Business Planning & Marketing
Using marketing research, swot analysis, financial planning and product description, I help create and review business plans and ideas. I focus on the developmental stages of a company, while also creating marketing strategies & presentations to help grow the organization. I have been privileged to work with companies like east end family wellness where i was able to help in its developmental stages.
Project Management
Using 5 key stages of project management, I plan, organize and manage projects and events with teams. I've been privileged to be a part of planning both small scale and large scale festivals such as the Egyptian Masriyatt dance festival and have developed a love for project managing. As a result, i am working on getting my project Management certificate.
Business Communication
Communication is one of the most essential business skills to have. Its a skill that is vital to professional success. I focus strongly on business writing,pubic speaking, presenting and communicating ideas effectively to a particular target audience. I focus the best practices for written communication,conducting effective meetings, documentation and follow-up techniques.
Customer Service
With more than 3 years experience in the customer service industry, i have managed to develop personal methods of ensuring customer satisfaction, by assisting clients make cost effective decisions and correct use of products bought.

Aside from experience and skills, I bring a positive,friendly, fun but professional attitude to my work environment . I am not afraid to admit that i don't always know everything, and this makes me very approachable, accessible and trainable.
I am a strong believer in professional and personal development and constantly have the eagerness and willingness to learn, develop ,evolve my craft, as strive to be better and beat my previous achievements.
